www.boeliem.com Boeliem BLURB:  Boeliem (pronounced as booleem; singular boel (bool)) is the Hebrew word for stamps. Boeliem.com tries to give a complete overview of all Israeli stamps since the establishment of the state in 1948. It does so by means of scanned stamp images, technical data of the stamps and the story behind the stamps. All information originates from the informational leaflets provided by the Philatelic Service of Israel.

This is a fantastic site.

www.colnect.com

Colnect BLURB:  Colnect provides a comprehensive collectibles catalog, including stamps. The catalog is a "wiki", created by contributing collectors on Colnect. It is expected to replace most (if not all) printed catalogs by providing more up-to-date accurate information.  You can easily manage your personal collection. Collectors can create their swap and wish lists using the catalog and easily coordinate a swap with other collectors whom they are unable to meet.

This is a fantastic site. As of Dec/2016 the stamp catalogue contains 618,484 stamps from 366 counties. The Israel section contains 2985 stamps going back to 1948     www.colnect.com/en/stamps/years/country/6974-Israel
The images are excellent.

www.catawiki.com Catawiki BLURB:  Catawiki was founded in 2008; it was originally designed as a website where collectors could manage and keep track of their collections online. Visitors can still add new items to the existing catalogue of collectibles. Unsurprisingly, the name Catawiki is a combination of the words ‘catalogue’ and ‘wiki’. In 2011, Catawiki began hosting weekly auctions in various categories, including art, antiques, classic cars, watches, jewellery, fashion, books, and stamps.

http://shamir-brothers.com Shamir Brothers Gabriel and Maxim Shamir (1909-1992; 1910-1990) were probably the leading graphic designers in Mandate Palestine and Israel from the mid-1930s to the early 70s. Their best known work is the emblem of the State of Israel. Among other things, they designed many of Israel's most iconic stamps. Also, starting in the 60s they designed hundreds of stamps for seventeen countries in Africa, Central America and Asia.
The website contains a section dealing with stamps, first-day covers and souvenir sheets:
